    Hello everyone.

    So, I just got an M1 Macbook Air recently, it's setup and everything. So, I've decided that I wanted to stream games on it as it is my most affordable option for gaming right now outside of my Switch. I signed up for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Payment went through. Was SO excited to hook up my controller and test some games out.

    However, I've run into a problem. I changed my gamertag that the site gave me to my usual gamertag that I use everywhere else. But, after that, I find that I'm having issues signing in. I just click the Sign In button on the Game Pass webpage and it doesn't do anything other than refresh the page. Just stays the way it was before without my gamertag in the corner like I never signed in. I've refreshed the page a few times and it still wouldn't sign me in, closing the tab/window didn't help either.

    I mean, I didn't even get to test any games out yet and I'm already having problems. Is this something native to MacOS, or are there similar issues across all platforms? Any help to remedy this issue would be much appreciated.

    Your issue could be related to many different things, and it isn't easy to pinpoint what exactly could be causing it. But, to make sure that you can play without issues, make sure to test Cloud Gaming on Microsoft Edge, where the service should work perfectly fine. Also, make sure you are going to the following page when trying to play on Cloud Gaming: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play
