Sign in bug

I understand you need help with your sign in problem.

Are you on a mobile device trying to sign in with Minecraft?

Try deleting the game and reinstalling it to see if that helps but make sure to back up your data just to make sure you will not lose it.

Try restarting your device as well to refresh it.

If that does not help, try using another device just to check if this is not an account issue or try using another network to help isolate the problem.

i dont think that is what is causing it maybe for you

SmartGlass also refuses to connect when I'm stuck in this grey endlessly loading dashboard screen.

This problem is consistent. Everyday when I turn my Xbox on for the first time this happens.

I have fixed the problem by updating my phone. Thank you. And to everyone. Also another reason was with internet connection. My dad fixed for me and everything worked. Thank you.
