    Hello Xbox support. I just have a quick thing to chat about. I was recently given an account by my friend, and he said he was paying for Xbox live membership, cause I couldn't myself.

    Anyway, when I was signing in a message said that the password was incorrect. But I entered it wrong to many times without knowing it was wrong. It then gave me a message saying to reset the password because the sign in was banned. I reset the password,
    but upon signing in with the new information, it said my sign in was still blocked. If you can, email me at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and I will tell you the accounts email so you could unban it.

    You do realize it's a violation of the code of conduct to give/lend/share/etc. an account right?

    sign in was locked in otherwords you failed.the the security checks and I'd stop right there

    Accounts are not transferable and if the account was stolen you will be in trouble

    Never ever take anyones account regardless of who your "friend is"

    Console Ban

    If the console is banned, you can't sign into any accounts on the console. If only an account is banned, then a non-banned account can sign into the console.

    Hello , i got banned for no reason . It signs me in and sign's me out after 2 minutes and says console.

    then it signs me in and sign out saying console banned

    Purchasing or selling accounts can get you permanently banned.
    Signing in to accounts that are not yours can get you permanently banned.
    Sharing sign in information for accounts can get you permanently banned.
