    Sign in and syncing data issues


    First of all when I initially turn my Xbox on I have to spend anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour trying to sign in to Xbox live and when I eventually do sign in and try to load up a game it says for the start the person that owns the game must be signed
    in, in which I was and always am when trying to play these games, and once that has sorted its self out I then have try and sync data for the game I am trying to play and then I always get stuck waiting for it sync and then it telling me ''We where unable
    to get your latest saved data'' and that same message will repeat over and over again for hours until I eventually give up. Please can you look into this or give me some idea how to fix this as I have been playing Xbox for years and do not want to get deterred
    from playing it because of this.

  2. Couldn't sync data with cloud.

    Been trying to play Forza 6.

    Upon startup, it says syncing data. Gets to about 16% then pops:

    We couldn't sync your data with the cloud just now

    I've tried again numerous times.

    I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Forza 6.

    Any issues with the cloud? With FM6?

    Not receiving In-Game Co-Op Achievements for Both Players

    Shouldn't Microsoft make sure that every game implements this correctly? Especially with all this talk of easy sign on and data syncing between home and a friends console if you go to play.

    Hello Flow Rampage,

    It is possible that you could be having some network issues. But, without more information on your setup and some testing, it's kind of hard to tell. However, if you haven't already done so, the best place to start if you are having login and syncing problems
    is to delete and "re-add" your account/profile back to your Xbox. Let us know if this helped.

    Hi, have you tried signing out of you account and then back in? Also clearing the data? Might be a sync issue.

    Hi Douglas,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Sorry you are experiencing this issue with syncing data. If you have a Xbox console, we recommend trying to launch the games on there to sync. On the PC, sign out of the app, then sign back in. Also make sure
    the PC is up to date.
