Sign-in and add new account troubles

I seem to be having difficulties with my account on my Xbox One X. I attempted to sign in earlier and was confronted with an error message, error number 0x801901F4.. I Googled advice and it led me to one of your support pages, where the top piece of advice
was removing your account from the Xbox and signing back in as a new account.. Well, I removed the account, but now when I go to 'add account' it shows me a gray screen with the 'loading' animation for a few seconds, and then.. nothing. It goes back to the
'Who are you?' menu where you can select 'Add new'.. and that's it. Nothing else happens. I've tried repeatedly to select 'Add new' and it now won't let me add my account back, so I have no idea what to do now. I've power cycled the Xbox more than once. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really starting to get frustrated with all of this. I can't do anything. Can't sign in to any games. I was going to trasnfer everything from the Xbox to an external hard drive and do a factory reset but it seems I can't do that either without signing
in on the Xbox, and the Xbox refuses to allow me to enter any sort of account email to do so. I'm at my wit's end with this whole thing and can't seem to find any real help.

Sorry to hear your having account issues. Try to powercycle your console since you already completed the first step of removing the account. After powercycle is finished try readding your original account you had issues with. Powercycle steps: http://xbx.lv/19Pxh2o

Well I'm past the point where I'm getting error messages at this point. First thing I did after I got that message was Google the error code and that's how I found that removing my account and adding it back is supposed to resolve that.. I don't get any error
messages now, just the Xbox refusing to add my account (or any account, for that matter)..by the way, I typed in the error code into the box in the link you gave me and there was no support articles found.

I'm sorry to hear that this is still persisting. Now, what we suggest is a reset of the console since the
problem that is causing this could be in the OS of the console so we suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while
keeping games and apps) Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do manual setup.
