For the past week, i have not been able to sign into my account or hard line Ethernet on my xbox one. This is completely frustrating and i keep getting the Sign in: 0x87DD0017 error code. I have done hard resets, and am about to do a factory reset. Help

Hey there,

Are you still encountering this issue? If so, go ahead and start out by powering off your Xbox One console, and then remove the power cable from your router and modem. After your networking equipment sits powerless after 3 minutes, go ahead and plug everything
back in and try again.
