    not allowing me to sign into my profile just says there was a problem, couldn't sign you in check your account but keep getting error code when i try to check my account on xbox live website Microsoft needs to get this problem resolved now

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Let's have you first power cycle your console if you haven't already. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—you will need
    to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.

    this error is caused by a corrupt cache on the actual xbox, one,

    hold the power button on your xbox until it shuts off then turn it back on and retry all should be good
