    Hi ano gaka

    Firstly, is your network hardware connected to the internet?

    Have you power cycled your network hardware?

    Hi noroom4agdname.

    To add to what SwiFT linked, sometimes this problem is resolved with a hard reset. To do that with your console on hold the power button down for about 8 second. After that turn the console back on. After that see if your Xbox connection starts working.

    I guess everyone else is having the same problem I have. Mine is with Xbox One. I will be in the middle of a game and my Xbox One just shuts down and loses everything from that game. No it’s you can’t sign in that occurs over and over. I guess I’m going
    to have to go back to 360 I never had that trouble with it. I’m so tired of not being able to sign in. They sure want you to pay your gold dues every year but the never offer to give you anything when you can’t use it. Typical.
