Side tool bar issue

    The side bar was working great before but all of a sudden it stopped workin does not make any sense.

    I am having an issue with my side bar not opening when I hit the Xbox boton on my contoler. So I can not see any of my frinds, join party's, read or message people. This is verry irritating and needs fixed asap. Please and thank you

    did u ever get this sorted? Im also having side bar issue. Works fine at first but as soon as i view sign in accounts or any subject it won't let me view anything else after!! And same for the games and apps page the side bar for that does the same!! Only
    way round it is to turn xbox one off then on again. Very, very annoying!

    Sorry but unfortunately I'm out of ideas as to what the cause of this problem would be.

    The last step I can recommend is to do an in-place upgrade. On this link, you have detailed instructions with a video.

    Make sure you have the Xbox app and Xbox companion app installed and that your account is logged in to both apps.

    Then go to settings>games>xbox network, do the test and then click on ''fix'' and try to make a post.
