    After starting my xbox one x, it started having this issue. I would hit xbox button to open the side panel. But the side panel would not focus, so that i sill move around in the "backround". It seems like a software hickup. Is there a way to reset the
    xbox software without using this sideboard?

    Having same issue and more. I go for a hard reset (holding the powe button down for 10) and when i turn it back on i cant load into the home screen but when i push the home button i can hear the noise when you load the home screen and the side panel noise

    I have the same issue as well as not starting games, not signing in and no images on screen despite all cables being connected properly.
