    Side device connection


    I have an external sound card M-Audio Fast Track Pro that supports S/PDIF standard, but connectors on the sound card are two coaxial RCA (out/in). Xbox One supports S/PDIF standard too, but connector on the console is Toslink. Can I connect this two devices
    and how I can do it?

    Hi there,

    this sounds like a connection issue, have you double check if the cable is connected properly on both sides?

    Also if possible can you try a different cable (if the storage device has a standard connection)

    XBOX One Synchronisation with Controller doesn´t work anymore.

    Is there any devices near the xbox/controller? Having other devices near by can cause interference.

    I've had this happen before and I had to remove devices to the other side of the room (or make sure they are unplugged) before my controller would connect.

    BLACK OPS 2 LIVE PROBLEM

    To restart your hardware, please do folowing:

    1. Shut down all connected devices that are connected to your Modem/Router .

    2. On the back-side of your Router/Modem is an on/off button. Set it to off.

    3. When turned off, wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on. (Takes ca 2 min. that all devices are connected again with internet).
