i think that its about time that your company should start to pay money for when user's cannot connect to their apps. We pay $ for a service, if that service doesn't deliver the customers should receive a free day added for each stuff up you make. I have
a ps3 which ask for no sign up $ unlike you

Seems you've done everything I would suggest so maybe have a look on youtube support Google Groups

You do realize that the apps are not run or maintained by Microsoft, right? The YouTube app is made, run, and supported by YouTube. Microsoft Support will do what they can to get things going, which typically will entail them working with the owner of the
app (in this case YouTube) to fix the issue.

I'd check the youtube support forums first to be honest.

mate same here untill the update it was fine but now its horible crashes evertime i watch a video say that its not working and that i should go and look at the status on xboxlive website
