    Sick of the basic headset


    I'm I'm just sick of the Xbox one headset. I've had the basic Xbox one headset for the last 3 months and I've been through three of them. it's ridiculous that these headsets are so defective and yet you keep being sold. And now I'll have to wait to talk
    to my friends and try to save up money for a more expensive one because Xbox can't provide a decent basic headset they did before with the regular Xbox they did before with Xbox 360 but the Xbox one that said is trash. I'm a very upset customer and I'm so
    sick of these headsets I'm so sick of going through these headsets it's ridiculous.

    i bought a xbox one and did not come the redset

    Some of the new consoles don't have headsets anymore.

    the first xbox one came with a basic headset, 1 ear/speaker and a microfone.

    the newer xbox one don't have the basic headset in the package.

    a basic headset cost 15-20 euro/dollar.

    Can't disable Auto Renewal on site.

    This is why I am asking for a solution, because I'm sick of calling Microsoft all the time for such a basic thing.

    Sorry to hear you're having troubles with your Xbox One headsets. As Genesis1953 and Rqvg mentioned, there are warranties available for those. There are also other affordable options as well, Turtle Beach Recon Chat headset is a decent one!

    Sorry to hear you're having troubles with your Xbox One headsets. As Genesis1953 and Rqvg mentioned, there are warranties available for those. There are also other affordable options as well, Turtle Beach Recon Chat headset is a decent one!
