Sick of Getting Nowhere

My friend Has submitted MULTIPLE POSTS to the enforcement squad after his account was compromised and used to do things breaking the terms of service. He has tried Contacting Enforcement through their forums and they told him to contact xbox support. Support
says to contact enforcement. We keep going back and forth and are getting NOWHERE. We have proof that his account was compromised and not being used by him. We are growing tired of being treated like we dont matter. We are years old fan amd loyal customers.
WE WANT THIS DEALT WITH.

That's because the only people you can deal with at that point is Xbox support

The enforcement team will only answer questions on reasons of a ban

Xbox support is the ones you contact for compromised accounts i

You have to contact support and ask for a unauthorized access case

They start the case and consult the enforcement team

They go by server data and server evidence there is nothing you can submittbthat will help

I've contacted support multiple times. Each time they say the same thing. Go submit an Enforcement forum post. We either get an automated message about why he was banned or told to contact support who say they cantdo anything.

 

That's because they can't do anything as far as enforcement action goes

To recover your account you MUST have them conduct an unauthorized access case

However if the ua people returned and said nothing can be done because of an perm ban or it happened while under his control there is nothing that can be done

If it is a perm ban issue there is nothing that can be done as he would be responsible for all actions on his account

 

The only thing enforcement team can do for you is answer why it was banned

I don't know why you are asking enforcement for an appeal

If its an uac issue you must start one with support if they can do anything about enforcement action it would only be done thru them as only the ua teams will consult with the enforcement team

Pet does not take any appeals only questions about why you were banned
