Auf meinen Lauchkiller23 Account ist nach einem viertel jahr ungefehr einen Sicherheits information auf getauch die ich vorrübergehent übersprungen habe aber das ging nach dem 5 mal nicht mehr also musste ich einen code an einen tel. nummer senden am anfang
habe ich mich gewundert, weil kein code auf meinem handy erschien nach 20min. merckte ich das die lätzte Zahl eien1 war und eigentlich eine 3 sien müsste also hat es denn code nicht auf mein Handy sondern auf das Handy eines föllig anderem mensche gesendet
und ich wollte fragen ob sie die Sicherheitinformation an die Nummer [mod removed personal information]?

Hi Armin,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. On the security form, you can choose I don't have any of these. It will then ask for a phone number or email to add. After you do this you will have to fill out an

account recovery form also to prove it is you.

This is the 2 step verification process that has been rolling out. It is a way to secure your account really. I have mine set to send me a text once someone tries to access my account. A code is set via text, I enter that code and I am good to go. This
works for anything your Live account is tied to. For instance xbox.com

You can check to see if it is enabled correctly by going to
https://www.passport.com

Look under security and you will see the 2 step verification part. It would be a good idea to tie a phone number and alternate email to it.

Hey there, that's strange, it may be an issue with the profile on your console not updating properly. The first steps I would suggest are to delete your profile from your console and clear your cache (to do this follow the below steps) and re-download your
profile. Below are some links to help you with the error.To clear the system cache, follow these steps:

Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings and then select System Settings.
Select Storage or Memory.
Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
Select Clear System Cache.
When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Log in to https://account.live.com

Click on “Security info” under “Overview”

Make sure "2 Step Authentication" is Enabled at the top of the page

Click on “Create a new app password” under “App passwords”

Enter your app password in the password field

.

Use your email address and the new app password you created this will allow you access back to your profile on the console.

this measure is to prevent people from stealing an account and quickly changing the details.

You can however use prepaid microsoft cards, to buy microsoft points to make your purchases

There is nothing to do about it
