    My question is this first I love xbox products that's why I am a bit lost on my situation I was playing a game on my xbox a few days ago and it shut off completely and in the same week when I would start it up the screen was acting weird like the picture
    was grey it still loaded up I tried unplugging all the cords and plugging the cords back in and nothing has turned back on I support xbox game consoles but what could the cause of the issue is I am no tech guy but could it be the power supply thank you

    I could be over heating. As said give the vents a clean and make sure there is plenty of room around it đź‘Ť

    It could be a outlet issue, the part that the cord plugs into the wall, my friend has the same problem.
