    Shuts off immediately after being turned on


    I got the Xbox One S from a work party and I had it almost a year but one night I was playing on it and the game froze then the Xbox shut down and I waited a day and a half before trying to turn it back on but it turns on then shuts off immediately. Is it
    an easy fix that one of my tech-savvy friends could fix? Or would I have to send it in?

    Autorenew was turned back on after being turned off

    Back when I purchased Gold (which was a very troublesome process), I made sure to turn autorenew OFF since I only wanted it for a few days to do some achievements in SC4. The credit card had not been charged after that, and once the membership expired, that
    was that. All was well. Now suddenly, out of the blue, autorenew has been turned back on, and we've been charged. This is absolutely unacceptable. I need to be able to directly speak with someone to get this fixed; who do I contact?

    I'm having the same issue brother and can't figure out what the hell is going on. I can run my Hulu and Netflix app but can't play any of my games. I'm beyond frustrated so you're not the only one.

    My suggestion, if you've tried troubleshooting, is to call the MS store closest to you and set up an appointment with a technician to try to fix the problem.
