SHUTS DOWN WITH STREAMING

We purchased a brand new xbox one Assassins creed unity bundle and picked it up 2/7/15. Set up, everything was running great. Next day we went to watch Netflix and after a few hours the console shut down, not overheating and no error code, just a straight
black screen. I started a back and forth dialogue with xbox support on twitter. This lasted for three days of every kind of troubleshooting possible, all the way down to a system reset. Finally after all the frustration we just returned and exchanged the
system for a second brand new one. This is the first day of using Netflix and I wasn't even in to it for an hour when the console shut down. We're talking about a SECOND BRAND NEW console having the same streaming issue as the first. This is obviously a
software problem and I've seen other comments of the same issue on other websites. Since I can't CALL xbox I'm getting incredibly frustrated with the support system.

I've been having this problem which just recently started. While i stream anything, Netflix, upload, YouTube, etc. The xbox freezes, the controller firsts shuts off then the xbox shuts off right after. Any solutions to this problem?

ive taken these steps so far.

deleted and re install apps

delete cache

check all cords are not loose

You could also try to delete your profile, redownload it, perform a hard reset on the console. If they don't work, then you will want to try to restore the console to factory defaults.

Though, not gonna lie, it sounds like this is an issue that will need to be sent in to be fixed.
