    Shut off during update now won't go past load screen


    After update was downloaded, restarted then entered second 'bar' to apply update. At this point my 2-year-old hit the power button about 12 times. It turned on/off lots and ended on the Green "X" screen with 3 dots and won't go any farther. Unplugged for
    1 hour and tried again with same result. What next?

    COD Ghost update

    Finally able to install the update. But now the game won't load. Cannot get past the screen with the Ghost character. Very frustrating! :-(

    Won't boot past splash screen

    Started going slow then tried to update but could not complete update. Tried updating with USB but did not complete. Now it won't load past splash screen

    My Xbox One X - just shuts off during loading Division 2

    So its console fault issue or game issue?

    It shutted off console, 2 times. One time console was shutted during loading level on 14% progress. Second time it shutted off during lobby character waiting screen.

    Dude, Im playing it now and it did the same exact thing, it just went black and turned off and this is the second time it. Also i had it crash 2 times to dash board and freeze 3 times at loading screen to start the dlc back up. I have not even made it past
    the first jump scare worm 2 mins. in the DLC. Im bout to give up now.

    Update: i still cant get in and it shut off my xbox again. It it still freezes at load screen to start dlc.

    My xbox is stuck on the applying update page.

    Same problem with mine. I went to install the update and it wouldn't go past 75% for about 6 hours, so restarted it and got stuck on the green loading screen and have done tried the offline update method multiple times and still won't go past the same point.
