Shut down rewards and started new one. Old points have not been transferred from old account.

I recently was advised by Xbox to make sure my rewards are in my local currency I needed to opt out, wait 48 hours, wait for ??? on the join date. I did that. I then opted back in and waited 48 hours. The join date is back however, the pending credits that
were in my old account have not been transferred to my new account as was promised by the Xbox rep. Is there a wait time on this? I want to make sure I get my points before deposit date for this month as I had around 50,750. Thanks so much for your time and

Xbox Rewards Monthly Statement From Wrong Account

The monthly rewards statement I receive is about my old account which has the gamertag Lord Lascivious despite it not being linked to my current email address any more. Also, I would like my reward points from my old account transferred onto my current account
which has the gamertag

 

Question about transfer cable and account info

Hi,

I recently bought a new Xbox Slim because my old Xbox had broken down. I purchased a transfer cable to transfer the data and gave my old Xbox away after the data had been transferred. Now here is my question.

Was everything on my old Xbox including my account info and game saves deleted so that no one can access them from that old console? I also just now transferred my licences to my new Xbox,

As mentioned in the previous post you provided, you will have to open a new post to request a transfer of old Credits. This is not an automatic process. We confirmed that your Rewards Account region and Microsoft Account region are now properly matching,
and have transferred the Credits. You should see them appear shortly.
