showtime anytime

I cant activate shoetime anytime. I got to the website but it wont let you click on the xbox360 to activate... is anyone having this problem to

I have been having an issue for 2 weeks trying to activate my Showtime account on Xbox One. Initially it was activated and worked great. All of sudden I was required to re-activate and now it keeps saying Code expired or not valid try again. I have tried
with two separate accounts that have Showtime services.

I'm able to access the Showtime anytime services through my iPad and chromecast via xbox one with no problem. Anyone having this same issue?

Look under your download history if it's not showing up in the apps section.

I was unaware of the Showtime app.

I'm having issues as well. It won't load properly. It says "authenticating" then goes to an error screen saying check Xbox.com/status. It's been doing this for about a week now. I've deleted it and re-downloaded it several times. So I'm not sure what to
do.

 

I have been complaining about this for a while now. Why cant we add it?? I'm paying for Showtime on dish what's the deal?? they need to add it so we can watch it.. period..

 

The website works for me, slayer3901. I'd say try a different web browser or different computer if possible. You can also activate the Xbox 360 through the Showtime Anytime smartphone/tablet app in its Settings menu.

The problem I'm having is that I can't get the app's icon to appear in my Xbox's "My Videos" menu. It's downloaded and activated, and I can launch it through My Pins on the home screen as well as the "Browse Apps" menu.

I've searched Google and this site's support section, but don't see any other reports of this specific issue. I've tried several different consoles and several different Gamertags.

I have also tried deleting the app, deleting any saved data from the System Storage menu, clearing the system cache, and rebooting the console before reinstalling. No dice.

If anyone can clue me in on how to get the damn thing to appear I'd greatly appreciate it.

 

I've been having a problem with it just saying "Error Sorry, this Showtime Anytime feature isn't available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.Xbox.com/status." every time I try to start the app. It's listed as up & running
so nothing there. I also tried uninstalling & reinstalling with no luck. Looks like the same one Ben was having. Any resolution yet?

 

try accessing it on the web, and go to manage devices, you might have to delete the xbox entry from there and re-connect it.
