    I renewed gold in December and it doesn't expire until January 2018. Rewards shows I'm not gold and only getting 5 percent back.

    Shows I'm a gold member online,

    however on my xbox it says I'm singed into Xbox Live Free.



    I've signed in and out several times on my xbox and online. Restarted my console several times.



    I also recieved an email from xbox live stating I subscribed.





    Sadface Shows I'm not a gold member :(

    Did you upgrade via the website?, if so it can take a little while to update.

    Run a connection test via 'network settings' on your console.

    If that does not help recover your account to your console as that always speeds up the process.
