Shown Gold is wrong (-2555)

Hey there,

since today the shown value of my gold is wrong. It currently shows -2555.

Yesterday, I had approx. 9k gold and didn't spend something for new collections.

Where is it gone?

forums.xbox.com/.../2555.aspx I'm not familiar with the game specifically, but it doesn't seem likely that you could miss unlocks like that.

 

Is your gold still missing? Have you made sure that you are logged in through a stable connection? Does restarting the app or your device resolve the issue? Have you made sure to manually check for Windows updates?

Thank you for your reply. Here are my answers:

Gold still missing: yes

stable connection: yes

restarting app/device: done, doesn't help

Windows Updates: system up to date

this issue still exists, even after a windows reset (with keeping personal settings, but this is another story)

 

Did you make any purchases? Did you make sure that you are signed into your account? It would be great if you could send us a screenshot, Dxdiag, and a list of collections that you have unlocked. Please also try going offline to see if this changes your
balance.

 

I am having the same trouble only I am at -40,000 plus!! This has happened twice

now to me. Love the game but very frustrated when you can never buy any new puzzles.

Yesterday my gold was +9000. I tried to buy "South America". Now my gold is -46.000. Microsoft, please give me back my gold!
