Showing up as recently online when I haven't been.

Recently when signed into my main account, I see that this profile has been online 2 hours ago, 4 hours ago, etc, when I have been working all day and could not possibly be online.

(my main account has this account as a friend, and when I look at my friends, I notice it.)

Is this any kind of glitch?

I changed my password for this account as soon as I noticed it but it is still happening.

Today for instance, it showed I was last online 2 hours ago in Settings but I haven't even signed into my xbox one on this account today.

There are no credit cards or any type of payment or personal info on this account, so if someone keeps hacking it, I have absolutely no idea why.

Online Status Unavailable

Are you showing as "Online status not available"? Or are friends? Friends it usually means they haven't been online for X amount of days (not sure how many is used to determine when to display this message as a status)

Lost all of my Xbox gamerscore

I haven't been online in 4 years, and recently got an Xbox one. Now my gamer score is 1700, when it was approximately 20,000 the last time I was on.

Have you used the smartglass app or the windows 10 app at all? That can make your account show as online.

I would also recommend adding 2 factor verification to your account for extra security if you haven't already. That will require a code to be entered every time a new browser or console tries to log into your account.

I am wondering if it's a glitch of some sort. Yesterday it showed up as Last seen 23 hours ago in Settings, and then changed to Last seen 0 hours ago in Settings. Today it again showed Last seen 23 hours ago in Settings, which would be 23 hours since it
had reset to 0. I hadn't logged on to my xbox with that account at any point since Sunday.

I'll keep an eye on it and set up that 2 step verification also.

I bought the game as a physical copy, So I don't see how it would be issues with downloading. I tried logging in with another microsoft account and it worked just fine, So I do believe the issue is my microsoft account. I haven't gotten any recent updates for the switch, and both of the recent minecraft updates were after the problems started showing up. They first showed up when I accidentally clicked the home button while playing online with some friends, and they don't show up on the account I don't have switch online for.

I see plenty of people playing online. Recently there have been problems with the servers, so many haven't been able to play online much. When the servers are online, the online is pretty fun to play. The coop is always fun and enjoyable. If matchmaking
gets added, it would be great.
