showing game status to friends

Are you showing as "Online status not available"? Or are friends? Friends it usually means they haven't been online for X amount of days (not sure how many is used to determine when to display this message as a status)

I have seen everything else they play or are doing app wise. Not sure they'd go through the effort to hide one thing all of a sudden. At first I thought this could have been a bug or something, but doesn't appear to be. Also, again, it's when they go on
their mobile it seems.

Here's and image of when they're on, but nothing shows. Don't have one of when they're not on and says Last Seen such and such time: then it's blank

On Xbox One it is possible in the setting to change to prevent other gamers from seeing what games you are playing. Its possible to change these go to Setting / Account / Privacy & online safety / Xbox Live privacy
/ View details & customise / Online status & history.

This could maybe be why its not showing what they are doing. Maybe they have set everything to private.

Maybe you could share a screenshot to help further elaborate.

Maybe they could possibly be playing a windows or steam game but their Xbox account is signed into their PC so it says they are online. You could try to pm them and ask what they are playing. I tried to research what the problem is on google but I couldn't
find many results.

- cant voice chat, status won't show, cant join friends. Any idea when issue will be resolved?
