    Showing content I don’t own in game library


    I had preordered Jurassic World Evolution but canceled it. There was a preorder bonus. I later purchased the game. Under my add ons it shows the preorder bonus. I can install it but can’t access it. Same with Watch Dogs Legion. Originally preordered the $120 version. Canceled and went with the $60 version. Months later it still shows the season pass and other add ons as stuff I own. This is the alpha skip ahead with the new game library system (which I hate). I reported the issue. Anyone else having this?

    Hi there,

    any content that you own should show up in your Library and from there you can install/download it again.
    On a console you can find your library in the My Games & Apps section and on PC you should be able to see it via the Store app on the Library button (bottom left). Just be sure you are signed in with the account that owns the content

    How can I install a game I own, but is not in my library on PC?

    Do you own the game on disc or digital? If it's disc, then that will be why the game does not show in your library on PC, as you need to own the digital version for that to show up in your PC library.

    If the content is not showing on your purchase history, there is no other way to prove you purchased the games.

    No game is showing as owned by you? Or only a few ones?

    Are you looking into your full library of games? Xbox button > My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games?
