Showcase

Around Christmas my showcase stopped letting me add videos and achievements to it. When i go to my showcase, there are no videos on the showcase. I tried a hard reset on my system, deleting my profile, and checking all my privacy settings. My showcase will
not appear on my smart glass app and on other consoles. Can anyone give some help?

Yeah those are the three extra packs that are gonna cost you since they arent covered by the showcase season pass, but dont think your just getting showcase story stuff with the showcase season pass, because there are wrestlers that come with the showcase
season pass that we dont have in the game like Edge & Christian, and Sgt Slaughter

 

Xbox One Showcase Has One Thing In and is Apparently Full

I have one item in my showcase on my profile. My Day One achievement. Every time I want to add a clip, screenshot, of achievement I am told my showcase is full. I put in a couple clips that were automatically erased and were removed from my showcase. So
I know I can have at least 5 items in my showcase. I am curious what is going on because I would like to showcase more than just my day one achievement. I would also like to know what the cap is and why I have suposedly reached that cap with only one item
in my showcase.

Hey, Wa1kin! I'm very sorry to see any issues sharing to your Showcase! I've got some troubleshooting steps that we can try. Hopefully we can sort this one out together.

First, I see that you have Gold here on the site (by your Gold gamertag on the forums), so you're all good there! Let's get down to the list of things that I'd like you to try.

• Power cycle your console.
  
• If your Showcase isn't clear right now, please clear all those items for me again and give it a try. Please test with both clips and achievements!
  
• Try another account on your console, and let us know if that works.
• Try your account on another console, testing everything above, as well as Smartglass, just to be sure.
  

Please give all that a try and then post back with your results! If none of this works for you, we'd like to look into this further for you.

 

Thanks for the ides, but unfortunately none of those options worked. I had friends log onto my profile on their own xbox's and it still didn't show up. And there weren't any clips in my showcase to begin with. Any other ideas?

 

Thanks for testing those out for me, Wa1kinParad0x! That is currently all the troubleshooting steps that I have for you, and I'm sorry to see that they didn't work! However, we do have the appropriate people looking into this further for you and others that
are experiencing this issue. Once I have more information for you, I will post back in here.

 

Hi I am having this same problem all of the sudden my show case achievements r not showing on my profile and will not allow me to add or remove what I had... done the trouble shooting steps while on phone with xboxlive and tried your steps as well to have
the same outcome...

Funny it was working until just recently please help

For the past 2 days now my Showcase has stopped working. When I look at my Showcase it is empty, when it is was full before. I did the power cycle reset thing about 20 times...and still no go.

My showcase was full 2 days ago. I even tried adding stuff to my showcase...and I get a message saying "Please try again later". I must have tried adding items about 500 times...still no luck.

Is my Showcase stored on a cloud? Is the cloud server that stores my Showcase broken?

 

I also have the latest patch.

 

Support page reports no issues for Xbox One. Please help me get my Showcase working again.

 

Not sure what's going on... but my Showcase finally came back. I searched the Support for known issues, but nothing was posted. IF somebody from MS helped me get my Showcase back.... Thank you very much.

 

I'm having the same issue with the showcase emptying and unable to add/remove from it.

I had this issue occur months ago and was able to resolve it by manually deleting the items in Xbox Smartglass app, but this time there is nothing showing there either.

I'm unable to resolve this issue through usual trouble shooting actions, Smartglass app, and other Xbox One consoles.
