Showcase says it is empty, trying to add things says it is full loop

Hello all.

I noticed the showcase and started putting my favorite clips I've recorded. One day it said it was full so I went back to delete some. I deleted one/a few items and returned and tried to add the video when it still said it was full. I went back and everything
was gone from my showcase.

I'm stuck in this loop that says my showcase is full, yet doesn't display anything in my showcase. I submitted feedback via "Give feedback" via the preview a while back but still have this issue.

Any ideas how to fix it/please fix this ASAP. I've got more clips I want to showcase

Showcase not working

Hi there,

showcase was working fine until i recently cleared my videi clips.

now every time i try to add something to my showcase it says it is full, despite being empty.

any ideas how to fix this?

My "showcase" is broken. Can't edit the showcase or share achievements or game clips.

Same here but I don't get error message it just says showcase is full please remove items to add more but my showcase is empty. It worked fine when 1st came out but having this problem for months now even did xbox report a problem 3 times and nothing.

delete your profile and hold the xbox power button for 10 seconds the download your profile it should work then

Ghost Spec Op

For the past 2 days now my Showcase has stopped working. When I look at my Showcase it is empty, when it is was full before. I did the power cycle reset thing about 20 times...and still no go.

My showcase was full 2 days ago. I even tried adding stuff to my showcase...and I get a message saying "Please try again later". I must have tried adding items about 500 times...still no luck.

Is my Showcase stored on a cloud? Is the cloud server that stores my Showcase broken?

For me its empty and each time I try to add something it says its full and I must remove stuff first. Its really empty though so I have nothing to remove thus making the feature just useless words on my screen.
