Showcase not working

Hi there,

showcase was working fine until i recently cleared my videi clips.

now every time i try to add something to my showcase it says it is full, despite being empty.

any ideas how to fix this?

Maybe because the Xbox Staff isn't answering, is the reason why so many bumps

Hey, guys! I'm very sorry to see any issues sharing to your Showcase! I've got some troubleshooting steps that we can try. Hopefully we can sort this one out together.

First, I see that you both have Gold here on the site (by your Gold gamertag on the forums), so you're all good there! Let's get down to the list of things that I'd like you to try.

• Power cycle your console.
  
• If your Showcase isn't clear right now, please clear all those items for me again and give it a try. Please test with both clips and achievements!
  
• Share from Smartglass by launching the Xbox One Smartglass app by going into the game that you wish to share the clip from, tap the Share button, and then select the Showcase option. Also do this with an achievement as well!
  
• Try another account on your console, and let us know if that works.
• Try your account on another console, testing everything above just to be sure.
  
• Make sure all of your
  privacy and online settings are set to Allow and Everyone.
  

Please give all that a try and then post back with your results! If none of this works for you, we'd like to look into this further for you guys.

 

Mine is doing the exact same. I just this minute got off the phone to xbox and he said nothing he can do and start another thread as I have had a thread going for 4 months with no update with the same issue. I have 2 xbox ones tried all trobleshooting
like power cycles hard resets deleting profiles from both xbox with no success. I have had this problem for 4 months and its definitely a profile issue not xbox as my partner uses the same xboxs and she can share no problem. Please help as this is been an
issue for along time waited for 4 months before calling and was gutted nothing is getting done.

work out for you. If they don't, hang tight! We got the right people on it.

Hey there, Killa Kastro! You will want to try the suggestions I've posted above if you haven't already. If those don't work for you, please try the following:

• Go to your profile on the Xbox One.
• Click on your showcase on the top left.
• You should see a bunch of empty tiles.
• Delete all the empty tiles you see.

Once you do that, you should be able to add new stuff!
