Showcase is broken: all contents disappeared and cannot add anything

The showcase on my account is broken, everything that used to be in it has disappeared.

If I try to add anything it will give a generic error. Is this issue permanent and has anyone found a solution to this problem?

I have tried re-downloading my account, waiting days, and other troubleshooting actions but it remains broken.

Profile Showcase problems

I've had the same problem of not being able to view what is in my showcase as well. Anything I add will not display in the showcase and it will appear empty. I've noticed this problem for about 2 weeks now. My friend's showcase works perfectly fine, however.

 

Showcase does is full... but it's not

I try to add a game clip or an achievement to my showcase but it says it is full. My showcase has nothing in it and i can't remove anything, i try again but it still says it's full.

 

I have resolved this issue myself, by going into 'Xbox One Smartglass' on Windows 8, and manually deleting (trash icon button) on all showcase items. Hopefully this will help anyone else who searches for a solution to this issue.

Didnt work,everything on my windows 8 app was already deleted from my showcase.
