    Showcase Broken?


    It seems that since the new update it is no longer possible to view all of the images in the showcase. When selected on the Xbox One console you only see the "first" image, which was the most recently added image. I believe that up to quite recently I was
    still able to see the other images in my showcase using the Windows 10 Xbox One app. However, it seems that now (I'm on the preview program so I have the latest, latest update) that adding a new image to the showcase replaces ALL of the images. Whether or
    not I try using the console, the SmartGlass app on my tablet, or the Windows 10 app there is only one image and it is the last one I added.

    Has anyone else experienced this or are able to shed some light on this?

    Yeah those are the three extra packs that are gonna cost you since they arent covered by the showcase season pass, but dont think your just getting showcase story stuff with the showcase season pass, because there are wrestlers that come with the showcase
    season pass that we dont have in the game like Edge & Christian, and Sgt Slaughter

    Hello there,

    Since you are a part of the preview program, we ask that you report this problem to the Xbox Preview program. To do this, please go on your Xbox One and find the app called "Xbox Preview Dashboard". On the right hand side, there will be a button to report
    a problem. Please follow the instructions provided on that screen to report your issue.

    I take the privilege of being part of the preview program very seriously. I have also done many closed beta tests of games and I always provide as much feedback as possible. I have regularly reported bugs via that method you mentioned, but other than the
    box that appears immediately: "Thanks for the feedback we'll look right into it", I've never yet received a single response. So I have no incentive to use it any more. It feels like my feedback, which takes an age to write because I'm using a controller to
    type the message, goes absolutely nowhere. There is a section which lists current issues and this is always empty. So either I'm the only person on the planet experiencing my problems or the support team dealing with feedback via the console interface completely
    ignore the issues which are reported.

    I did a search in Google and I found several threads at other websites where people were describing the same problem. It would be useful to hear if people who are not part of the preview program are having problems viewing their showcase too.

  6. Try and just sign out and then back in ...if it still dosent show , try this....

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    Hi Euler13 if you are submitting feedback from the console it's wise to also report the issue using the preview forums as Xbox staff do reply to threads and say they have passed information onto the developers.

    @gds1972: Thanks for that tip. I wasn't aware that there was a specific forum for those on the preview program and I'll certainly use that next time. I really don't like the current "Feedback" process on the console because there is no record of your original
    report or any evidence of follow up. Plus, as I mentioned, except for one of the very early preview updates the section which supposedly displays reported issues is always empty. I don't believe for one second that there has never been a single problem with
    any of the updates.

    @Bimnog: I tried your suggestion. Apart from taking a long time to complete the process it made absolutely no difference. Was this a specific fix for the problem I reported or some standard copy-and-paste general fix? I only ask because you'll notice that
    I said in my original post that the problem was also present with the Xbox Live website, the Windows 10 app and the Android SmartGlass app. You didn't suggest what I could do to fix those. However, I now have new information...

    Having played around a little more I am now able to report that that the console is definitely no longer able to view the showcase, only the most recently added image. I recall now with greater certainty that the SmartGlass app and the Windows 10 were able
    to allow me to view the collection of images in my previous showcase. Since the update it seems that adding a new image to your showcase deletes all of the previous images, which is why I couldn't see any of the original images in the SmartGlass and Windows
    10 apps recently. However, by adding more images after that you can re-create your showcase. You still can't view them on the console - only the most recent one - but you can cycle through them in the other two apps. If I had to guess I would say that the
    new update uses a different system to store showcase images. The two apps are able to view both formats (the original and the new one), but if you add a new image to your showcase it deletes the previous collection and creates a newly formatted collection
    that is probably designed for future use.
