    Hello and please help. came home from work this morning planning to hit up battlefield on my xbox1. hit the power button and it makes the chime, light comes on for half second, then nothing. tried every which way from sunday to get this thing to work.
    even called support....like they could help... all they want is $135 to repair in 14-21 weeks, or send me one with a $400 hold on my card. I've been searching the web and have discovered hundreds of people with the same issue but no "sure" fix. I have this
    think for tv, movies, games, and Skype. cant do anything now. PLEASE HELP!

    Hello I am curious if there is a issue with xbxox uk servers as ive been trying to get on my xbox and im not able too. I get as far as the inital xbox one loading green screen and cant get any further. Its been this way now for the past three hpirs, I have
    tried the hard reset ive tried hard reset and unplugging all power cable and hdmi cable and even after having them unplugged for a whole hour I still cant get past the xbox one green screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Console not Powering up

    Seeing as the power brick is in a "standby" state (orange light) it should be safe to try this - have you tried unplugging the power brick from the wall AND from the back of the console for 5 minutes? This will allow the surge protector inside the power
    brick to reset itself. At that point, plug back in and try starting up to see if the issue recurs.
