    Should selection for Preview members be changed? YES.


    At some point people were randomly selected to become part of the Preview app but it doesn't seem fair that any random person that may have even just gotten an Xbox One could be picked as opposed to someone that has been loyal to Xbox for years. It seems
    that people for special selections like this shouldn't be drawn at random but rather, through the people that spend time trying to give the most feedback to the community and showing continuous support for Xbox. Does anyone else feel the same way?

    Yes. Dunno, can't confirm, but from what I've seen and read you should be able to chat with 360 members...maybe not on the preview tho...let us know...

    At the start, it was random, but now it is through invite-only.

    The system is working fine at the moment, in terms of, people are submitting bug reports, and things are getting fixed. No need for change right now.

    Indeed, the above response is correct. For access to the actual preview forum, normally you should be able to be directed using this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-update-preview-faq

    and select "Xbox Early Access forum ". That wil allow access if you are a verified preview member. If it does not, a moderator on the forums should be able to assist you on this. The support are only able to see whether you are a verified preview member
