should of kept my 360

My 360 isn't going anywhere..it sits a lot more now since i got the One but it's still my classic arcade buddy and whatever else i get in the mood for. I can't believe that's a hard concept for people to understand why the 360 games collection to the One
collection is different..my faith in the future of this world slowly dying lol

 

You should have kept it if you knew there might be stuff you still want to play! I kept mine even though I knew there was only a limited amount of titles I wanted to play. I haven't bought a game for the 360 for a loooong time now and I generally always
already have the GwG titles.

Though, there's no reason you can't still download the titles through the website and pick up a cheap 360 down the track, I mean they're worth peanuts now, literally, eb games wanted my magic peanuts for one, haha, ok that's not true.

Off topic. After reading what I read about GwG a while back. I decided to price a PS console mearly for playing Blu Ray movies on. and let the 500 GB for the 360 go.

100 bucks plus 4 games. Uncharted 1,2,3 and GOW. Plus 2 Movies. I couldnt pass that up. I can say this... The 360 was user friendly, but this PS3 console UI may take me some time to figure out.

How do you add games to the HDD I asked. Still havent figured it out. IE??? Forget that!

I still have my xbox 360 slim console 80% of my friends dont have a 1. Xbox 360 is awesomeness. Xbox 1 is still kinda too windows 8.

 

My 360 is collecting dust. I wish MS would start to limit support to the old gen....

 

My 360 is not going anywhere, it gets used just as much as the X1 does. Still an excellent console.

 

The Xbox 360 is still a better option for media consumption, blu-ray aside for course. The media player app on the One is simply a over-organised mess and simply isn't as quick or easy as the system media player on the 360.

It's been over a year since the One has been out, the "it's new, it'll improve in time" excuse is beginning to wear a little thin.

Consoles have been 'just' for video games for a long time. I remember getting great use of my MegaCD as a music player.

Modern consoles, the One especially, aren't marketed as just for video games but full entertainment solutions.

So I don't see anything funny in people expecting the devices to do the best possible job of it.

^^^This. People seem to conveniently forget Xbox's history when they just want to be snide.

The 360 was a direct response to Sony's CEO of the PS department's statement that they were going to make PS a central hub for media. MS decided to beat them to the punch with
the 360, but in the process they had to rush its development... RROD issues were mainly blamed as a result of that rush.

The 360's intent, from the very start, was to be a media hub in addition to video game console.

People need not worry. Some developers are not even making games for the 360 in 2015. It's about time if you ask me.
