    HELLO,

    I was recently banned for a comment that I should not have been banned for. My comment that I said to another gamer was, "both of my dads are gay". This message is not offensive, because this statement is true. However, this is offensive to me that i was
    banned for this comment. Since I was banned for that comment, this is discrimination. This "enforcement" team will need to give me a call or they'll be having a law suit on their hands.

    If it's a permanent ban then it wont be overturned.

    Nothing anyone here can do.
    Just like Daft Badger said, if your console unfortunately has been permanently banned there is no way to lift that ban unless you buy a new console. I hope that answers your question DRIDRI05.

    As to why they keep them around. I imagine it is to stopped the banned person from grabbing the old name again for a new account.

    It is possible for people to get access to others accounts and do stuff that Microsoft turn around and ban you for. But a program they can ban you with...... not a chance.

    Here's an example of chat that should be banned

    "Kill yourself stupid **** ****"

    "You are playing as him? Kill yourself"

    Also, if reported shouldn't they look at the chat log for more knowledge?

    Things like when a friend marked as a favorite you reported for calling you "gay" shouldn't be banned.

    A threat of homicide should be banned.

    I've noticed an improvement that can be made.

    Ban all accounts on that Xbox when a com ban has been emplaced.
