    I am absolutely fed up. I have tried for 3 weeks to buy a game pass for my sons new xbox. He is in my family sharing. Each time we try and purchase the game pass on his account it directs me to sign is to my account and
    authorize as he is under 16. I have tried to do this at least 100 times but all I get is a message saying"locked due to multiple attempts, try again later". Its been 3 weeks now. How much time is later? The xbox will be out of date at this rate. I have no
    problem logging directly in as myself separately and can access my account no problem. my question is, if I purchase the game pass on my account will it work on my sons xbox when he is signed in as himself on his account? I don't need a game pass, my son
    does. And Finally Microsoft, sort your s*** out. I have tried to resolve this problem on your automated help system for 3 weeks. It directs me straight back to the "locked Out" page. You cannot contact you via help to get the block removed. Very poor service

    GTA Online Cash Cards not received in XBox One account - cannot get help from Microsoft support!

    My son made 2 purchases of cash cards in GTA on his XBox one that haven't shown on his account.

    These were purchased on 1st January and I've been trying for weeks to contact Microsoft via Live Chat/Call Back but failed every time! Each time I request a call back it just states there has been an error and to try again. It's getting beyond a joke that I can't communicate with anybody so thought I'd try posting to the community in case anyone can help. I've tried everything it advises in the self help sections.

    The first purchase was for 'GTA Online: Great White Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £11.99 and the other for 'GTA Online: Bull Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £5.99, not huge sums to lose I appreciate but it's the principle of paying for something that we haven't received!

    Looking at the purchase receipt, it does state that they are for series X/S but my son has an Xbox One so may be a compatibility issue.

    I'd just like to arrange for these transactions to be reversed if anyone can help point me in the right direction?

    That is definitely the issue. As far as I am aware, the shark cards for the series X/S will only work with the Series X/S version of the game.

    Okay so just to make sure I understand.....

    I make my sons Series S (MY) Home Console.....

    He can play Online with me if I am on my PC signed in as me.
    I can also sign into my own Series X and play my games.

    We wont be playing together on XBOX on both Series S and Series X.

    Searched enlisted website and can confirm its only for pc xbox series S/X

    I guess it my fault for not looking into it more.

    I think they should make a pop up or something that standes out and states this before purchase.

    I only heard about this game on release day. Is slipped under my radar and came home from work and instantly bought it haha.

    Just have to wait for my series x to come in 2 weeks 🙄

    Log in with the account that was used to purchase the game on the Xbox Series S, and download the game from the game library under ready to install. You should also make the console the home Xbox using that account too. That way your son will not need
    to log you in to play the game.
