Should I have earned points for purchasing Xbox One console from Xbox store?

Hi,

This past year, I purchased a 1 terabyte Xbox One console from the Xbox store. Should I have received points for this purchase? Same question applies for my Turtle Beach Stealth 420x wireless headset.

Promotion Details: Was it a subscription purchase? How many months? Was it at a discounted rate? Did you have to purchase certain games?
Date of Purchase: The day you purchased the subscription or promotional items
Promo Item(s): The game, games, points

I bought Xbox Live today for 3 months and was suppose to get a $10 gift card with it, I did not receive that.

I have also got statements saying I earned xbox live rewards from purchasing games, I have not received any of those either

I should have $10 and 800 Points from what I've bought

Xbox Live Rewards for Montreal,Quebec Canada and all of Canada should be exactly like U.S.A for earning Reward Points we have noting on ours the only ways we earn Reward points is by Doing Surveys or Purchasing Stuff that's it.It's so unfair of Microsoft
to give us noting in our Xbox Live Rewards of earning points besides buying stuff and doing surveys I earned 860 Microsoft points last year I earned 800 Microsoft points for renewing my Xbox Live and the other 60 Microsoft points I earned was for doing Surveys
I'm on Xbox Live every single night please give us more stuff in our Rewards program for Montreal,Quebec Canada and all of Canada because this is a injustice.

There are two different "points" systems I'm aware of.

If you mean Xbox Rewards, points gained from there are mainly from digital purchases.

If you mean
Microsoft Rewards (found on Bing), then you should earn points from making purchases at the Microsoft Store, at a rate of 1 point per 1 dollar (as it currently stands).

You can check your points statements at either system's dashboard page.

Unfortunately you can only earn these points if you purchase and Xbox one S console from the Microsoft On-line Store. You earn points for every dollar you spend with Microsoft.

Here's what we get @ Rewards/Status/See My Level Benefits:

Level 2+Xbox Live Gold- Points earned per $ spent in Microsoft Store online -

As mentioned before, last purchase was 10$ and we received only 100 points for that purchase. Also, under Points Breakdown/Shop To Earn the amount of points earned has decreased from 1700 at beginning of April down to 1200 as of today. Under Earning
History we have three purchases in April of this year (49, 30 and 100 points earned). So, the amount should be higher not lower, right? Any ideas? Thank you. By the way, I think this was pretty clear: 'Level 2 members enjoy bonus points for digital

1. It depends on how you purchase the membership. Sometimes there are promotions on the Xbox where if you purchase a gold membership through it you can receive free points, although you won't get them instantly. Otherwise you have to purchase them separately.

2. Points are kind of like a currency used only through the Live service. You use them to purchase anything available in the Xbox marketplace (games, add-ons to games, etc.). You can buy them through stores or through the console itself. If you live in US
or UK you can earn them through the Xbox Rewards Program. There are a lot of scam sites claiming to earn free points, but you should only trust anything coming straight from Microsoft.
