    To answer Codes question, apart from the. "Hype up the Spam, hype it up, hype it up." - "Call me kwazy...." Threads.

    It's because their isn't much else to get excited about on the forums anymore.

    So resurrecting old threads has become popular again.

    I would recommend waiting until E3 to see what MS announces before making that decision. If you can't do that then look at the backwards compatibility list (

    majornelson.com/.../xbox-one-backward-compatibility     ) and see if there are games you want to play that are also on XB1 now and if so, get the XB1.

    Bit of a no brainer really.*

    But it isn't the simple choice you claim. Backward compatibility is here but it looks like it will never been 100% on the One. So you'll end up with a massive collection of games that a person won't be able to play. Graphics don't matter after all so it
    isn't as if he'd be losing anything between Rise of the Tomb Raider on 360 or One for example. While there will be some excellent exclusives coming down the line, they will still be there in the future, these games just don't vanish.

    In fact buying the cheap 360 now, with its massive catalogue of cheap games would seem a great idea and would keep a person going until the end of the next generation, all where they could buy this really cheap console and its massive catalogue of cheap
    games.
