Should I get a refund?

Hi, I have a question. Last time it was Christmas I got an Xbox gift card worth 100 PLN. I bought a few things and found out that a new DLC for "Atomic Heart" was coming out, so I decided to buy this DLC, but I found out that this game is no longer in Game Pass. It happened that it was on sale and costs about 150 PLN. I bought myself Xbox cards worth 50, 20 and 20 PLN. It worked and in the evening I started playing. It took less than 2 hours, but more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. I didn't like it, so I asked for a refund for Atomic Heart and these Xbox cards worth 50, 20 and 20. The refund application for the game was rejected because I played this game for a long time to be able to return it - although I played this game when it was in Game Pass for free. I waited 3 days to see if they would accept the refund application for the remaining cards and they were rejected. I would like to ask you if I should apply for it or is there really nothing that can be done about it? I understand if not, but it's a bit pointless.

Hi Adrian, my name is Joel, I'm here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

Adrian, in the case of content or DLC's for a game, the use as coins or consumables that have been used within the game is taken into account, not caring if you used the base game through the Game Pass subscription but used part of the consumables offered by the add-on.

Similarly, If for any reason your refund request was denied, please respond to the email received stating your reasons why you believe you should proceed.

I guess you should try on xbox.com/refund and see if you'll get refunded.

I called. I'm getting a refund. As long as you don't have a bunch of refunds in your recent history, you should be able to get one.
