  1. Should I call Microsoft for support?

I have a 250 GB xbox 360 E and last night I was doing a test which consisted in turning on and off the console a lot of times and I noticed that the power button won't work properly,For instance:Whenever I turned my console off, I had to press the power
button twice so that it can turn on again and at random times the same thing happens with the eject button,I have to press it twice so that it can eject the disc tray.

it's been 2 years since I bought it.

So what do you think the problem is?

is it a good idea to call Microsoft for support?

Any advice or opinion will be really appreciated.Should I call Microsoft for support

    :)

^^ That is absolutely nothing to do with the op's issue.

To be honest it doesn't sound like a major issue but I would clean both buttons with a soft cloth.

If it does get worse it would probably be cheaper to buy a new 360 than send it in for repair as your console is out of warranty.
