    Should I be worried? What is going on?


    So I pre ordered my Xbox One X from Microsoft. Got it 2 days after launch (I'm assuming I got the One X not the Project Scorpio which is ok with me). Wife wont let me open it and hook it up until Christmas Eve (yeah I know) She stresses it's a Family Christmas
    present (even though we don't have kids, i'm the kid lol) Anyways it just seems there is nothing but problems with the X, anybody have anything good to say about it? Have been a happy Xbox customer since the original big Tank, skipped the S though knew the
    "Scorpio" was coming out.

    Clear you browser cache and you should be fine.

    What is going on?

    They are fixes but there shouldn't need to be fixes, It took me like 7 hours to download Titanfall and I should not have to be doing it again. It's been a persistent problem for others as well so how is there no fix yet...

    People usually only speak up when they are having problems with something, so therefore it might seem that "there is notghing but problems with the X".

    Yes, there is a number of consoles that "die" within the very few hours of gaming, so far it seems that theyre mostly the scorpio editions. (my scorpio edition died after 1½ hours of gaming, and now on its way to be fixed/replaced)

    Only way to make sure, that your console works proper, is to try it out before christmas, or risk that it goes brick the very same evening.

    Most problems Ive heard of are with the Scorpio Edition which includes the one I got and the second one I traded that one in for.Going to trade it back in again for just a regular One X.Im haveing issues with the power or the power cord.I can get it to turn
    on but sometimes nothing will run.When I first plugged it in yesterday It wouldnt turn o n at all.Had to replug the power cord in several times.This happened with both Scorpio editions Ive had.If the regular One X works then maybe its a case of them rushing
    out the Scorpio editions.I dont know.Ive looked these problems up online and they are all over the place for the scorpio edition.That being said I wouldnt be too worrried.If anything you will be able to replace it easily enough.

    I’ve got the Scorpio edition and have been gaming on it all week long and have not experienced problems with it.

    Pretty much this. Always keep in mind that those that dont experience any problems are happy and playing. Most go to the internet when there is something they are not happy with, so we notice mostly them.
