Should I be an insider when using the “Report a Problem” app?

The “Report a Problem” app is available either standalone or a part of the insider bundle. I have found an issue with saving in certain games on Series S, which I have reported as a non insider and have encouraged many other people who have the same issue to report it as well. Would it be better to be an insider and then report it though? All Xbox Wire posts talk about using the “Report a Problem” app as an insider. Everyone can of course use the app, but would it make any difference to be an insider?
