    Should Enforcement provide a detailed rundown of how you breached the terms and conditions?


    Currently banned from communicating for a completely unknown reason (don't use voice chat etc.), which is causing problems with my friends. I've cased reviewed it with no result but I'd like to know what I apparently did, also because this might mean someone
    is using my account and got me banned (which is worrying). Xbox enforcement merely tells me I breached their code of conduct, but how? I would like to know because for the life of me cannot find a reason. So I like it if xbox enforcement gave you a specific
    reason.

    Unfortunately I'm in the same position, I have absolutely no idea even how or why I have been suspended. However xbox enforcement will not provide you with an actual reason other than the old 'you breached terms and conditions'. Nor can you actually contact
    them, the whole thing is rather dodgy. All you can do is send a case review and after that there's no way to know anything about the ban.

    If a case review was reviewed and upheld by the Enforcement team, there would be no way to appeal it. The Enforcement team will only take action if a clear violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service was breached. You can learn more about how Enforcement

    well first you do realize this is a business righr?

    Meaning they must use business language

    So if you curse that's on yiu

    And no they won't repeat what you said

    As the rules also apply to them and they are also held to a higher standard then most users

    Your only option is to.check your email.to.see if thenquoted text is in there

    I understand the cursing aspect, I myself have not at all, but for example could they not say : You used profane language which breached our terms here 'do not use curse or abusive language' etc. Or you used hate speech. This is still business language but
    actually lets people know what they have done wrong.

  6. I agree. There should also be actual people to talk to regarding the ban. The way it is handled now is completely broken.

    They do tell you.

    They can't reveal what words because a it's a privacy issue

    B they are under the same rules so no they will never repeat it

    Pretty sure harassing and cursing falls under the same category

    Now if you are talking about a phone number forget it as it would be useless

    One hackers would fill the lines up and youd never get thru

    Two every online service for enforcement uses a moderated approach to prevent said spam

    People would be calling every day just to threaten or spam to try and get their accounts back

    Moderated approach means one question one chance that's it

    What are you suppose to do when you have a comm ban but are unable to file a review as you never received a message and when you go to the enforcement page it shows you have no enforcement, yet when you call support to find out what's going on and you get
    told you have a comm ban? Who would you talk to about that?
