    Should Be Able To Remove Games From Games Played List


    This is just another small thing that irks me and it's not a huge deal really but I remember on 360 you could remove games if you didn't have any achievements in them (even though I always thought you should be able to remove them regardless). Well on Xbox
    One that doesn't seem to be the case. There are quite a few games I played for like 5 minutes (because they were free) but didn't end up liking enough to continue. There was even a game demo that later got released as a full game (layers of fear) and now it
    shows up in my games played list with 0 gamerscore. I would just rather not see all these games showing up in my played list when I'm looking through achievements. We should be able to hide them like with the "games ready to install" section.

    It is only possible to remove a game from the "Played List", only if you do not have any achievements for that game.

    If you have unlocked an achievement for that game, then it is not possible to remove it.

    With that account all the games that were played you can no longer get achievements for them. Also you will not be able to remove them from your recently played list as well. Its very unfortunate and unfair if you really did not cheat in any way.

    You should be able to play it. Can you go to https://account.xbox.com/MyGames and confirm that you see your game there in the list. If it's there try removing game from Xbox
    and installing it again.

    As stated above, he may be game sharing with a friend has played it so it would show. To remove it from the list if you looking at the recently played you can hit start key on the controller to show additional options and should be able to hide / remove
    from profile.

    Try checking the Xbox Store. If the games have been removed from the "Ready to Install" list, you should still be able to install them from the store app.

    I tried that and i did not work

    I bought games under my account and listed my children as family members so they should be able to play the games on the other xboxs in the house and the one at their grandmothers. why is it not allowing this to happen i have removed any setting that could stop this.
    No it doesnt work like that unfortunately. They would only be able to play your games from the home xbox (can only have one of those). Being listed as a family member makes no difference.

    It is odd that its still not working even from the home xbox though
