Should be a return policy for digital game purchases within 24 hours

I know people who could beat a game under 20 hours, so why should they get free games. The net allows you great research options to review games before you buy. Please do your research.

I did some further digging and it would appear as though Mojangs refund policy is in direct opposition with Microsoft's. Digital copies of Minecraft purchased on Windows 10 PC cannot be refunded according to Mojangs return policy (not sure if this applies
to Dungeons as well) however Microsofts policy clearly states that if played less than 2 hours and owned for lessaless thatdthat 14 consecutive days a return of digital content (excluding DLC) should be refundable. The only way to refund digital purchases
of games and apps is by going to: account.microsoft.com, select payment and billing, select order history, find purchased game or app and select request a refund. My suggestion since both return policies contradict each other is to reach out to mojang directly.

At first I was reserved on the all digital version. I'm the kind of person who likes physical games so I can trade them in after im done. With all digital you can't. I would like to see the return policy for digital games to broaden a bit. Like, instead
of a 14 day return maybe a 30 day. Instead of a 2-4 hour time frame of how long you can play until you can't get refunded it should be at least 5-6 hours. It should have a ssd drive so your games could download faster as well. Some ideas for upgrades. But,
thinking futuristically this is an achievement within itself.

I don't think it will return, exactly as it was, for this generation. If they reinstated the 24 hour check in and used games restrictions it would cause a massive outrage.

However, they have said they they want to move forward with all of their other ideas for their digital market place, so some form of their original policies may return. Just not all of it exactly as it was.

While I am having trouble locating the exact details of the refund, there may have been a piece about requesting the refund within 24 hours if you had played the game. Atlas you requested the same day, with WWE 2k20 you waited until the following day and
that 24 hour period may have lapsed.

Have you tried contacting the developer of WWE 2K20? Similar to other goods, you normally work with the actual owner of the product after the store refund policy has expired. For example if I purchase a Samsung TV at Best Buy and am not satisfied with
the product after the store return policy expires I work directly with Samsung.
