    Short on rewards points for the month of February.


    Hello,

    I received my account credit for the month of February the other day, however I'm just over 7,500 points short, amounting to just over £4.50. Basically I spent £160 and change on qualifying purchases (games and add-ons) for MyVIP but only received £11.55.
    I am currently level 5 with gold.

    I know in the past that I have had the same issue and it has rectified itself, but if I could just get some clarification on what's happening it would be most appreciated.

    If the 20 points that was there originally was from the rewards program as well, they were 'promotional points' and could have expired. This would wipe them from your account. And since february passed and is, on average, two days shorter than the rest of
    the months, the day has probably dropped back two days. You might see this happen again next year.

    I have 15,200 Credits that i would like redeemed!

    Credits are automatically deposited once you hit 5,000+ credits. If you got all 15,200 before February 1st, then they should deposit in the middle of this month (12th-15th). If you got over 5,000 points after February 1st then the rewards would not be deposited
    until the end of the month (26th-28th). There is no way to get rewards deposited sooner than the next deposit date.

    The promotion was when Xbox Live Rewards first started. It was the 800 Point Sign-up promo from February. I joined February 5th.
