    I suggest you to keep under control your xbox... if it start to work not properly, then go back to the shop where you bought it!!! And explain the situation... Shop no works properly ;)

    Not able to access shop (not loading properly) to buy keys in Microsoft Bingo game.

    Getting the shop could not be loaded properly message when trying to buy keys in Microsoft Bingo game.

    @Nike-did you read the entire post? This isn't a child account issue. Especially considering the game he is trying to play is only rated E10+.

    @OP-I would take the console back to the shop and ask for a different loaner, one that has been checked by the shop and known to be working properly. Otherwise the only people who can assist you with the Parental Code is support.
