    Today I'm making a post about two of the most popular game genres in today's gaming. Shooters (FPS, TPS, etc) vs RPGs (WRPGs, JRPGs)

    Shooters mean games where you go around & shoot people with guns & weapons. RPGs mean games that have dynamic at best combat system, more & better character developments & storylines.

    Which genre do you favor the most?

    The shooter genre has popular IPs like Call of Duty, Halo, Battlefield, Killzone, Gears of War, Resistance, etc. While the RPG genre has IPs like Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Quest, The Witcher, Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls, etc.

    This is a tough because for example. I would choose Halo over Elder Scrolls every single time.

    But most of the time. RPG over Shooter.

    Depends really, if i want a quick game of something i'll hop on a shooter, but for longer play sessions RPG all day!
