    I shipped my xbox one in for repair and on Thursday it said that it was on it's way back from Texas. (I'm in PA) But when I click on track it, it says nothing. So I called fed ex and they said that they haven't sent it yet. Is that the case? Or has it just
    not shown up yet??

    Mine was cleared from customs at 1pm. i just called ups and they changed the delivery date to Monday . wasted today waiting

    Sorry to hear you're having issues tracking your console. If Fedex says that they haven't received the console yet then you should contact phone support for more information as only they can access the details on your exchange.

    If you ordered it online then it would have some sort of shipping with it, but there are usually different options varying from the slowest to the shortest. When you placed the order it should have given you the option. usually the slowest option is chosen
    by default but it should have listed an estimate of how many days it should take.

    It would depend on the type of shipping you chose. It should have told you when you checked out or it might show it on the receipt they would have emailed you.
