If i need to ship my xbox for repairs do I just need to send the xbox or everything included in the box?

On the website for the promotion, it states 6-8 wekks for any shipping of products. However, some have interpreted this to be limited to the Xbox One only.

Mountain Dew is usually very good in giving out the prizes fast. but with these games not being released until 11/22/2013 they will not be shipped before that date.

based on pervious experiences with this companys promotions I would be surprised if it took longer than 2-3 weeks for any marketplace purchase.

The games do not get released until 11/22/2013 so I wouldn't expect them to be shipped until that date

For most repairs, you only ship the
console alone.

Do not ship anything else (other accessories, cords, etc), because you will not get it back.

Hello Lisa,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. With accessory repairs, they do not send a shipping label. They are self shipping. Only controllers that do get a shipping label are elite controllers and design lab controllers. Hope this answers your
question.

I see no one has answered your question. Hope you check this. What you do is take that code go back to your every2minutes page hit bank code and enter the code in at that point. Then submit code or codes which will update your credits for entering the 2nd
chance sweepstakes. Good Luck!

I just got an e-mail from mt dew and it had a code but no instructions on how to redeem it for the Xbox one.

and I would hate to loose it cause I did not know how to claim it.
